Shandong Zhaojin Geological Exploration Co., Ltd. ("the Company") is located in Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province, the "Jindu of China". It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhaojin Mining Co., Ltd. (Zhaojin Mining Co., Ltd. is listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, stock code: 1818). Our company was established in 1976 with a registered capital of 31 million yuan. It is one of the early county-level professional gold geological exploration teams established in the country. Our company has the Grade A qualification certificate for solid mineral exploration registered by the former Ministry of Land and Resources, the Grade B qualification certificate for drilling registered by the former Shandong Provincial Department of Land and Resources, the Grade D surveying and mapping certificate registered by the Shandong Provincial Department of Natural Resources, and the second level of production standardization in Shandong Province Qualification certificate, the company has passed the certification of ISO9001 quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health management system.
